True, but unless I flash your memory before you leave you will have part of a $50K education

Maybe you will run over to another shop, start painting and try to drive me out of business..

Can't be too careful with you MOD types

Okay........how the eff do you get the damn c-clips out of this 8.25" It's got that Richmond locker in it and there's barely enough room for a flat head screwdriver

I appreciate it. Been looking for a while and had my mind set to build my own. Priced steel and its cheaper to buy a used one that is close to what i need if it has a good frame and axle then to build one from scratch. Don't mind replacing the floor or gate or anything... thanks mang

rotate till you see the flat spot in the drive gears, then rotate more till it's at the bottom. Separate the drive gears as much as possible, then slam the axle shaft in and it *should* fall out.

Remove the pinion shaft retaining bolt and the
pinion shaft.
2. Rotate the drivers until one of the right window holes
faces out. Push under the spring with a small sharp-pointed 23
pick and pry the end up. Push a small screwdriver or bent
piece of small wire (a paper clip works well) under the spring
and pop the bottom out. Push the pin out of the pin hole and
into the window hole. Repeat for the other three springs and
pins.
3. Move the right driver to the left, touching the left driver.
4. Move the right spacer to the left, into the center of the
left driver. (Use the U-shaped wire tool.)
5. Rotate the left tire and both drivers until the C-Clip
installation recess in the teeth of the right driver is pointing
down.
6. Tap the right tire inward to release the C-Clip so that
it falls down, through the recess.
7. Rotate the left tire to rotate both drivers and allow the
C-Clip to drop out of the case.
8. Pull the right tire out about one inch.
9. Push the spacers into the centers of the drivers.
10. Remove the driver and spacer opposite the ring
gear flange first and then remove the second driver.
11. Remove the left C-Clip.
12. Remove the couplers.

well if one side is out you should be able to push the spacer all the way over and remove the drive gear on that side

I know because I've done it before
