Basically, what research have you done or found that says this is a viable transmission to be put in?

well, it's amazing how stupid people are.
think I'm the only one actually in harford county besides you, I can help, but I don't know what I'm doing, and It all depends on my work schedule.
that's a good idea.
yeah I don't like the new tags either, my blue XJ has them, and my white XJ has the older style.
also, sometime soon I plan on removing the plastic endcaps front and rear on my white XJ and the fender flares too probably. would like to get rid of the rear swaybar as well.
also, update on the corrections job. I didn't get it, so I'm going to try and find another job that pays better than what I get now, and I'm going to try again sometime later. looks like I won't be lifting anytime soon....
though I may try to buy parts one by one and piece together one. though there's some other stuff I want to get/do first.
also, blue XJ has a coolant leak, surprised it's not overheating at all. temp is at a nice running temp all the time.
Anyone in Harford County can give me a hand putting this CV axles in?
Or I could come to anyone in the BWI area as I am there 4-5 days a week with nothing to do.
I drive my daughter down there to school at 8:00 am and pick her back up at 4:30 pm in the West Nursery Rd area.

Looks like it's gonna be a nice day today ...
I'm gonna try to swap out the CV axles, flying solo since I cannot rustle up any helpers!
Need some quick info .....
Torque values for the bolts that hold the hub/bearing unit in place and also for that axle nut.
Thanks!!!!
