Got my new shackles on yesterday, the thumping noise is less but still there. Gonna crawl under it this weekend and poke around some more. Only things left are shocks and front eye leaf bushings.

Jimmy, latest revision only requires (2) 7' pieces of tubing. 1" and the other 1.25". I need the 1.25" to sleeve over the 1" to make the hinge. Just let me know what you come up with...
