I have weird schedules on the weekend, Its a byproduct of working the overnight shift the rest of the time.

A stroker/4.0 would be easier, no need to change the trans/etc.. With the small block you'd have to get a new trans/transfer case and then of course comes wiring it all together. The Jeep cluster doesn't work with it so you'll have to do a custom cluster.. and that's just what I'm remembering off hand.
