I went with Milwaukee.......
First purchase was this cordless saw with charger / battery .....
Then I purchased an additional battery.
When it came time to add the Impact Wrench I went with Milwaukee for two reasons ....
1) Battery Compatibility
2) Could purchase wrench ONLY - no need to buy with another charger battery Cost for bare tool was like $150.
Both are stocked at Home Depot
First purchase was this cordless saw with charger / battery .....
Then I purchased an additional battery.
When it came time to add the Impact Wrench I went with Milwaukee for two reasons ....
1) Battery Compatibility
2) Could purchase wrench ONLY - no need to buy with another charger battery Cost for bare tool was like $150.
Both are stocked at Home Depot

Did you clean all the electrical connections and check the mating surface of the starter (like dukie said)?

Just an FYI for those of you I'm not friends with on Facebook on Sat January 26th I'm having a HUGE birthday bash at the Herald Harbor Hideaway 400 Herald Harbor Rd 21032. So far I have 3 bands lined up to play. Party starts at 8 PM
