I went with Milwaukee.......
First purchase was this cordless saw with charger / battery .....
Then I purchased an additional battery.
When it came time to add the Impact Wrench I went with Milwaukee for two reasons ....
1) Battery Compatibility
2) Could purchase wrench ONLY - no need to buy with another charger battery Cost for bare tool was like $150.
Both are stocked at Home Depot
First purchase was this cordless saw with charger / battery .....
Then I purchased an additional battery.
When it came time to add the Impact Wrench I went with Milwaukee for two reasons ....

2) Could purchase wrench ONLY - no need to buy with another charger battery Cost for bare tool was like $150.

Did you clean all the electrical connections and check the mating surface of the starter (like dukie said)?
