UPS had packages for me on my doorstep. I'm off Friday so I'll be at the auto hobby shop installing my new lower control arms and my transmission cooler. Shock mounts will have to wait. The shop has a welder but I haven't learned to weld yet.

I did. So while your on here, how many sheets of steel would I need for a front and rear bumper. And roughly how much is a sheet? I am doing modest bumpers, nothing fancy. Just need d-rings up front and a receiver hitch in the rear. I can send you Picts if you want.

A sheet of 3/16th runs +/- $140. From what I am seeing you will probably need a 4x4 piece. You will also need 1/4" flatbar about 4' for the mounts.
Call Blvd Sales, they cut to size...

Anyone seen the XJ on ebay with 41 inch tires on stock axles? I am on duty at work with nothing to do but search ebay and I saw it. Guess he never heard of a low cog build. What was the guy thinking?

Link to the ebay ad.
