morning all.
bump steer started returning and i think it is because i do not have this bolt on my adjustable track bar that i ordered and now there is some play in the treads.

No. It's not. If the threads on that trackbar have play in them now because the manufacturer failed to put on the jam nut before shipping it, they owe you a replacement trackbar. Once the threads are elongated they don't work correctly anymore. Even if you put a jam nut on the bar, no amount of tightening will keep it from moving or loosening back up.

no die will fix the issue of elongated/deformed threads in a axial force situation - you'd only end up making it worse by removing material. The threads need to be tight and in good contact with each other to keep the joint from loosening up.
