Yep if you ever go higher you might need a drop hitch for shorter trailers other than that should be no different.

Budget won't allow getting my daughter a MacBook so help me choose a 14" laptop for 650. It's for a 15yr old girl that doesn't game. I'm trying to get it tonight.

Here are the 2 she likes at the store.

HP has touchscreen but no cd drive.

Samsung has better better specs on everything but no touchscreen.

The only reason she doesn't like the Samsung is the lack of a backlit keyboard. She types while watching tv in the dark.

I would still prefer a MacBook but I don't want to use credit cards for Xmas.

Just make sure the bumper ties into the "frame" better then the 8 stock bumper bolt holes.

For what she will be using it for specs probably will not matter as much I could see getting more memory and better cpu if she was doing things like media editing or gaming a lot or something along those lines.

But for just internet downloading movies songs doing things for school and so on she will be happy.

If the only thing you don't like about the hp is the cd drive that's easy fix you can pick up a external drive for cheap on newegg.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151238

Anyways most stuff down you can download or its on a flash drive if you need more help just say im into all the computer stuff its my other hobby building them.
