So i got this tea kettle whistle on my 2000 Cherokee read to tighten up the bolts on the exhaust manifold they were not loose gasket looks like its a newer one. So not sure what else to check sprayed carb cleaner while it was running near all the vacuum lines nothing on that. Any ideas was gonna look at getting new headers and gasket?

Also I can get any wire size you guys need. It is all tinned marine grade. It's not exactly cheap but I would be willing to give it to you at cost. I have hex crimpers, tinned marine grade lugs, and heavy duty shrink tubing. I have a nice shop in Annapolis where it can all be made.

I get a little whistle from the intake. Not sure if it's the butterfly valve or what but seems to happen more when it's cold.
