Shirley & anyone else interested in helping clown..
I live over here in baltimore county, off libtery rd (reisterstown rd) area.
I know its a bit of a drive to go out to frederick.

But if any of you want to help, and I am off work that day, you guys can feel free to meet me at my place and then we can jeep-pool over there. im more than happy to drive, since I use mine as a daily driver & rescue vehicle, and as I get 20mpg,

Very Cool
I work off annapolis rd like 5 mins from odenton..
I pass a fire company coming off baltimore washington pkwy on annapolis rd on my way into work, they are next to a sunoco gas station i think it is. that you guys? I might have to come by and say whats up and talk Jeep with you some time..

Well we arent nearly as fancy as you guys. We are a small(er) station.
But for the most part I do a little bit of everything, just not a big medic & we dont have a truck, just engines.
We have 2 engines, a brush, a utility, a "special unit" light rescue & 1 medic.

I mostly do rescues & recovery, & brush(es)..
Someone gets lost i go find em or someone stuck in bfe in a ditch i go pull em out, or someone lights a brush fire on the train tracks, thats me..

But since those are / can be far & in between, to make my hours each month, when Im not doing that I hang out with one of the (2) engines.

What about you? Whats your "specialty"?

if they take a quarter, lay it flat along the vertical of the fender, and let go, let it hit the fender flare, and if it hits any part of the tire before it hits the ground, you are screwed.

The inspection rulebook says the tires can't stick out at all. I've seen Wranglers with tires hangin out, though, so it may be one of those things they don't enforce. I was told by one of those drivers that you won't be pulled over just for the tires, but they'll fine you if they pull you over for something else. That's all hearsay, though.
That said, I'm gonna risk it. I plan to run flareless with 33x12.5s on 4"BS until I get a warning/ticket.
