I stopped keeping track of mine about 4-5 years ago. At that time, I has just over 12k still NIB, and have bought many since then.

It bothers me when I see the Guinness World record holder for most Hot Wheels and he only has a 25k collection.

Yeah the site has seriously gone down hill. I lurk a little just enough to keep my toes in it. Most of the folks have moved on or at least away.
I had two RLC memberships this year but bought almost nothing. Next year will only be 1 or maybe just pass altogether.
I went by DurangoDaddy in case you were on there alot.

As far as die cast goes, I don't do much of any online or offline groups. Used to, but got away from it. I just tend and add to my collection myself.
Am checking out the first place you linked tho. Looks to be a decent place.

Great website for diecast.
$5 to join, fixed price listings only. You can use me as a referal if you join!
If you join, the owner Paul is a great guy to work with. Not like ebay. he will boot non-paying buyers, gets involved on a personal level.
My seller's name is the same as here 8598 sales and buys to date been there almost 10 years. You can search from KustomCity or Evo to see some older David Chang stuff
used to go on toypeddler but since getting back into jeeps had to change a few of my habits, got a few 12 inches GI JOEs also..

x2, yes, def helps keep me sane, and sometimes out of trouble. Sometimes I go out, for the sole purpose of finding, looking, and buying new Hot Wheels. The local K-Mart here has the largest collection in stock I have found.

Wish I never got rid of mine, only had like 300 of them. Made $350 out of em, which went towards barney.

I was looking for the new black Z06. didn't see it anywhere, found it and 2 others while i was out in colorado this past summer. or maybe it was while I was in NC. I make it a tradition to get 1 or 2 hotwheel cars from places I go.

I wish I had a K-mart here.
