Wanted to see what your guys experience has been with Jeep fabricators. Trying to figure out if my expectations are out of sorts with JCR and need to be adjusted.

I ordered sliders taking advantage of the November sale figuring they were ready to ship and I'd receive and have them installed beginning of December. This turns out to be not what has happened.

Which I'll detail below

Order placed Nov 22nd, received the Dec 10th. Called to troubleshoot fitment issues the 13th, 14th. Asked for replacement part 14th and 17th no answer till 19th when I was told I would need to send the bad part back before a new one can be shipped out. Gave me UPS label but cost $65 to pack part for shipping. Sent part out 20th asked if new part could be sent before they closed shop during holidays, no response. Called today and was told new part may ship today or tomorrow. So the Jeeps out of commission at least another week.

Am I just lucky or is this how things operate in the aftermarket Jeep world?

How long did it take them to make things right and how many times did you have to call to make sure things were moving forward?

I really need/want to get my front fenders clipped so I can get my bumper put on.

I should also see about getting my TC linkage changed out. No 4lo sucks.
