Maryland Cherokee Club
☠ CF Sheriff ☠
Hello fellow Marylanders! My son and I are slowly building up his "new" 98 XJ Classic. So far we've done the sound system, fog lights and 3" RC lift. Doing wheels, tires and rear bumper over the next ten days. We're in Odenton, near Ft. Meade and noobs to the Jeep community.
Cheers!
Cheers!

cant decide what front and rear bumper and rock rails to get. I figured out what uni-body stiffeners im getting buying the complete set from HD offroad front mid and back. then im going with the belly armor from TNT. Should go good with the JKS steering box brace plates I have already and make it little more sturdy.
But any suggestions on bumper and rails would be nice i got a lot of sites but sure there are some that I am looking over.

yea I got a roof rack so dont really care for a rear tire carrier. As for there front bumper it's not to bad, but I have been liking the ones from jcr that are DIY since i can just weld it up for free. Also the ones from AJ's offroad. But for rear bumpers I am leaning towards ones that are for the cut and fold.
Id like to make my own stuff but i have a vision of what my jeep will look like and i love it in my head now will it suck when it happens? I hope not and i love the look of a cherokee wjth a tire carrier lol
