I would be happy to throw a 'CUE as bait to have some of you help with alignment, etc. I never do 'cue without doing a bunch. It would be a waste of good wood to do less than six pork butts and a couple of briskets.
We hired a former Navy HT to weld up a pit from a 750 gallon propane tank. As you can see by my picture, I sample every plate I serve. The picture was taken next to the pavilion at Blob's before an event I catered last year.

Default Heat Issue

I usually warm up the XJ about 10 minutes and turn on the heat and then it was nice and toasty. The other day I did the same thing and it was blowing cold air...brrrrr. Once I start driving the heat begins to blow and the xj gets warm. What do I need to check to resolve this warm up issue, this also applies to defroster?

x2, and if you add,and the engine is hot, make sure you add to the reservoir, not the radiator, while it is running.
