We hired a former Navy HT to weld up a pit from a 750 gallon propane tank. As you can see by my picture, I sample every plate I serve. The picture was taken next to the pavilion at Blob's before an event I catered last year.

Nice setup. You can count me in whenever you have a Q hoedown.

Mr. Brown just dropped off my son's tires. The wheels should be here this afternoon. Looks like the XJ will be on new shoes by Monday.

Oh, and did someone mention wings? You can't do a 'CUE correctly without frying up some yard bird. We call this baby the WingMachine. 9 gallons of 375 degree peanut oil and 10 minutes = wing perfection.

I still have it. I'll be passing through Frederick from PA to Rockville tomorrow in the late morning, early afternoon if you want to meet up.

Also, Aaron if you still want that sound bar let me know.
