It's an open base just go though the inspection station and tell them where you're going if they ask.

O when i looked it up on there website said you need a card to use the shop there.

Think I might stop into that Ale House if I get my dog training done early. Post up the name and the time. As far as renting a place for a meet up sometime, I think I can throw my buddy a few bucks and he'll let us have Blob's Pavilion area for the day. I keep that big smoker up there.
