Yes, out the door plug, up through the fender, pops out a little hole. This is the halfass way I did it.

In the XJ, I punched a hole in the passenger floor pan with a railroad spike. In the MJ, I ran my CB power through a grommet in the top right of the firewall (when standing in front of Jeep).

that would be the place. meet there 10am then? and when me and nate did my subs we ran it through a little rubber grommet in the firewall driver side. that on a 97+ xj if that matters
