The hollow tube is weight reduction for the enhanced gas mileage and ride quality. This "spray foam" as you called it is actually repulsion foam, this too helps with ride quality and handling....

Also cleaned barney up today, just for the tires to kick **** up on him.
There are also brighter bulbs for your reverse lights which are alot easier to install than supplemental back up lights.

Went snooping around last sunday at a local JY and spotted a late model XJ, 3-4" lift on soft 8s and a visor.... might take a look this weekend and grab some parts
