Start searching classifieds for your year Cherokee and see what they are selling for on auto trader.

Remember also that if your car has been totaled, your settlement must include taxes, title and license fee for a comparable replacement.

P.s. don't keep driving the jeep. Have the persons insurance get you a rental ASAP.

Isn't Delaware a mandatory insurance state like Maryland is???

And you should have coverage on your insurance for un-insured motorist protection, unless you declined it when you signed up. Did you get a police report????

it was a PA jeep, i think the previous owner would wheel it alot and fail to clean the under side of the mud afterwards cause the whole bottom of the jeep is caked in old mud and the guy washed it the day i went and picked it up.

ohhh dude Maryland is SUPER strict about having auto insurance - penalty is a suspended license and possible jailtime. You have a serious case against this guy that hit you. It also means his registration has been revoked (happens instantly when insurance laps in MD).

How did the cop not figure that out?

At first the guy gave the cop his trailer insurance lmao, what a dumb redneck, so I'm taking he has insurance on his trailer and not his truck.
You might be a redneck if your trailer has insurance and your vehicle doesn't!
