Anybody have some ammo cans they are willing to part with? I need atleast (3) .50cal or 30mm cans. Can't find anything but the cheap Chinese cans that leak and such

You're going to need more than a 40A rated fuse and relay - startup draw on the high side of those is like 75amps.
Why not just let the PCM control the fan on/off? Have one switch to control when the fan turns on (PCM controlled - Off - Always on) and one to control the speed (LO - off - HI).

I want to run BOTH fans. So I am leaving the PCM circuit intact. For that, a different solution was necessary. Also, the fuse depends on if you go instantaneous blow or delay blow. This means initial draw will not blow it, only if constant draw reaches > 40A (I think the Fan on High runs on 28A). There is some nice circuitry in the Volvo Relay that reduces voltage spikes.
This is a similar circuit to what a lot of guys are running with the Volvo relay, I just added the override and OFF indicating LED, and UPPED the fuse to 40 Delay Blow.
