How are you finishing the top of the doors? A buddy of mine used some pre-bent diamond plate (like the kind used to top truck beds) that he trimmed to work. It looked good after it was painted.
unrelated:
200k mi jeep RC 3" add a leaf still has rear sway bar, kinda rocking side to side on highway. Gets worse when braking or towing. My first thought is worn out bushings but before I deal with that FAQn front leaf hanger bolt I figured I would hear if any of you have dealt with it. Searching turned up little
