Got a speeding ticket, 80 in a 65. Thing is, I know i was going 70.
1) Jeep doesn't even go 80. 75 is its top speed due to vibrations.
2) Had cruise set to 70
3) I seen the cop beforehand
4) The best, I was videoing the instrument cluster to record the odometer.
Cop said he, "observed" me going 80. Not on radar or laser. Just observed. I look forward to the court date.

After he handed me the ticket I showed him the video. He was not amused with it or my "attitude". My attitude consisted of telling him politely why he is wrong and should be taken off the road until retrained and certified.
Then for another thorn in the side, I evoked my right to travel, told him he was impeding it, and left.

That's how I got my first ticket in Frederick. Cop said he clocked me at 50 "in a crowded parking lot" (his words)... I would've argued, but a second cop showed up, asked him why he pulled me over, and then said he was a witness to everything the first cop told him.
