Raptor liner as well...already have the kit. I will be spraying.
You will not beat Linex....I have seen the abuse Tim's bed takes.
But if you want a DIY price, you can't beat Raptor or Monstaliner....or SEM.

I would prefer to spray as well. Think that will make it a little easier to get into the wells without having to take everything apart.
*EDIT*
Found a kit that gives 125 sqft of coverage for $120

Got mine for free. I called them and explained my experience with Duplicolor bedliner and they said to use theirs and put on all the forums how much better they are, and I can have it.
I said...SWEET!

Fritz, any catalyzed urethane based liner is the best you can get in DIY format. Nowhere near the durability of direct intermixed exothermic set polyurea *rhinoliner, LineX*
Just be sure to do your homework and read up on manufacturer recommended prepping and you can shoot the DIY in your driveway with the right equipment and a bit of beer

Thanks for the input gents. Does appear I'll need to sort out a couple things before I can give this a shot. it certainly seems like if you can get a few people together it would be pretty easy to knock out a few vehicles in one day

I have used the Sem Rock-it. Comes with an applicator gun in every kit. Haven't done body panels just a few bed boxes. Wire brush in a drill and scuff everything up, wire tape and masking paper, wax and grease remove, mix and shoot took about 3 hours by myself. Dries hard enough to walk on in a few hours *depending on ambient air temp/humidity. Urethanes and epoxies dont like it when its below 65F. I have a good air setup if you guys want to use it.
