We are having issues with the lift. Damn iro trackbar is being a pain in the ***. The 2 bolts for the bracket that go into the side of the frame rail came right out. There are 2 that go up into the frame rail and one of those has a hex nut and the other just has a round nut? Can someone search and figure out how to get this bolt out. The round nut is spinning.

From what I've read it doesn't look good. On NAXJA they said that those bolts probably had loctite on them when installed. Some guys were able to get it off using a torch. One guy had to have a nut welded on to get it off. You may want to skip that for another day until you read up on it further.

Here is just one of the problems we ran into today working on clown's xj.

He is almost done. He has about 2 hours of work left. Mostly torquing down bolts but he has to figure out how to get his tie rod on and also mount all of his shocks.

It's almost 7 and they are kicking out of the shop since it closes at 645.

We ended up heating the bolt and then grabbing it with a pair of vice grips.

Liberty is a lot less crowded on a weekday and my weekends are pretty much booked up. If a weekday doesn't work for everybody we can do a weeknight or a Friday night. I'd love to be able to hook you guys up just let me know.
