Regear the front while you have one out, the rear you can pull a lot easier than the front or leave it in.

Gears and master install kits.

Swapping in two new ones would be easier. I just put in a 4wd axle last night in about 4.5 hours by myself and ate dinner.

Use Tim's D30, and Barney's D35.....it get's Kool Aid on the road....worry about upgrading later. A 35 is fine for daily driving.
