They look pretty freakin awesome..and once my spirits were broken late tonight, I sat playing with one for about 5 minutes...which may not have been the most productive thing to do, but it's the truth.
I did also get my rear sway bar out of the way. after seeing it up close, it's clear that thing doesn't do jack but limit travel.
Aaand if anyone is free, one more time, I'll be at Detrick again at nine. Everything is still sitting as we left it, so it should only take a couple minutes to get working again. I'm gonna go to Advance early to see if they sell the castle nuts, and then I'm running to the auto shop.

If you mean "what" are disco's? They are front swaybar disconnects. They allow for flex of the front axle during offroading.
If you a referring to "these" disco's, then you will be excited to know that our very own engineering genius Dukie has made his own disco's. They are very well made and very nicely priced. See above pic.

Where are the heim joints sourced from? I need a pair to fix my t-case linkage.

Tim don't forget to tighten the jam nuts on those disconnects (on the threaded shaft). Oh, and you owe me money .
Here's your list in order for tomorrow if I remember where we were at correctly...
- trackbar axle bolt - snug up, but don't torque
- brake line mount relocation
- tie rod
- snug up the passenger rear leaf bolt where we broke the nut - you won't be able to torque that one...oh well
- torque ubolts
- install tires and do tape measure alignment
- lower jeep and adjust trackbar length (visual) and drag link. Torque trackbar bolts and TIGHTEN TRACK BAR JAM NUT!!!!!
- torque leaf spring bolts and lower control arm bolts
- front shock top nuts
- test drive - adjusting drag link as necessary till your steering wheel is straight. Tighten adjuster nuts on tie rod and drag link.
I would hold off on the TC drop - since you didn't install longer shackles to drop the pinion angle I thing it will hurt more than help to drop the TC case. Plus you do NOT want to deal with those bolts/studs by yourself under a time crunch. I think you'll be fine without one at your target height. Worst case you get some vibes on your trip, and you come back and we install a small shim out back.

Clown i also just realized I forgot to give you the velcro straps I picked up to strap the disconnect to the bar when you disco them. Sorry. They have them at Lowes near the hardware if you want to pick some up, or use small bungie cords (your bar bushings are shot anyways so the bar needs to be bungied up regardless).

gone- doin a lift yourself with any miles is always a task in a jeep because you know youve already off-roaded it once.
And lucky me waking up with a stomach ache and consequently missing my 9am lab...
Dukie- those disco's look great I'll definately be wanting a set when I know my money status in a couple of weeks
Clown- good luck today man let us know how she rides and dont forget the pictures!
