call whoever does the inspections and ask them? I think it'll be fine as long as you don't have the big tires on it.

you'll be fine swapping suspensions. Just keep little tires on it for now.

Bumper height must be <28" measured to the bottom of the bumper

8" coil conversion with 42s on the DD, and a full frame with exo and rag top for Barney.
