Yes. Ive met the owner Vern down at quantico. He used to be on the board of the 1000 yrd club down there.
I have been telling myself to get down there to take one of his courses. He's one of the best instructors in the precision shooting community.

Nice! I've read some of Ed's articles on long range hunting. Is Vern still on the staff? I was overseas from 05-10 so I've lost touch with alot of people.

I know, I had been looking a while for an xj, seen them with 140-160K in fair-decent shape for 5K. Went to look at a different xj on their lot but it had been sold and there was the green one sitting in the corner. "I dont know about that it just showed up, call me tomorrow and I will know something." Called him and when he told me how much I jumped in my car and ran down there on my lunch and put a deposit lol.

alittle off topic but...... as stated I bought the xj with the lift already installed..... I am guessing its a rough country *based on decals on the windows :P* but is there an easy way to determine what size lift it is? I am guessing 4.5 based on looks alone with the 31s on it but id like to be sure.... any ideas/suggestions?

measure from the top of the axle tube to the bottom of the "frame"
stock measurements are
front: 6 3/4"
rear: 6"
and from the photos it looks more like 3.5" over stock
