Sorta, it's what KTM has on his truck. You can buy high steer knuckle for our 30's but that's about it.

Well it could work...
You would need to to an OTA trackbar also, and even then your Ackerman effect and turning radius would be ****ed. Also kiss your sway bar bracketry goodby. YJs have neither of those issues.
I also don't care for using the unit bearing bolts to attach your steering to.
