Day 1 - Tear down and prep - Saturday
Day 2 - Begin reassembly - Sunday
During the week....no work, but acquire any more parts deemed necessary.
Day 3 - Continue Reassembly
Day 4 - Finish
That is the plan....Plenty of time for any of you to get involved. There will be beer drinking :-)

Alright well, as much as I want a stubby bumper I need the full protection, I really just want something like my JCR and with a tucked in winch.
Edit: thinking about the diy winch bumper. I love and hate JCR. Love their product, don't really care for the customer service.
