Finished the bastard pack yesterday, its sitting alil high but hopefully will settle some.

what's the total cost of a project like that? sounds expensive. if it cost more than your jeep is worth, you'll probably regret it in the long run. my .02

Air chisel from the back of the bolt head works awesome. Prying it outwards while turning it with an impact wrench works too, but is slightly more exciting .

If you don't have an air chisel I've had luck before cutting as much of the rubber bushing out as possible and finding the split in the sleeve, then using a screwdriver to open it up enough to get the bolt to slide out

I tried prying and turning thats about as far as it would come out. Going to try what jimmy said now with a pipe wrench and a hammer if not i hot a air chisel just have to run to the store and get some bits lol.

Motor is 2800 and I just blew mine so I need a new one header is 300 so its less then what my jeep is worth

sorry...didn't realize you already had a blown motor.

but still from a $$ standpoint, personally, i wouldn't do it. technically speaking i have no idea what that entails but you might be opening a pretty big can of worms.

to each their own though.

if you have an air chisel go straight to that. 2 minutes > 20 minutes of hammering
