I am sending out an SOS. Went down to Reston Va to drag a car back to MD and the jeep went down of the side of 495. I got it towed back to Street, MD (north of Bel Air). Looks like either rear main seal went or tranny. There was a lot of fluid leaking out between the tranny and engine. Haven't gone out to look today yet to see if I can tell which.
I have Alec's tranny that is good to put in but no skills in that area and absolutely no money to pay a shop to put it in. Just sent Uncle Sam and Uncle Martin all my dough yesterday. I can't even offer much help in the labor as I am disability follow my second spinal fusion.
I need help swapping out the tranny. Anybody who can help I will work around your schedule completely. I can feed any who will be able to help if that will sway your decision.
Thanks, I know most of you don't know me from Adam but I could really use help.

Putting on the leaf springs, shocks, d30, transfer case, drive shafts, bumpers, seats, head unit, speakers, sound bar, front clip, windshield. Then I have new coils from olivers old xj to put on and I'm looking into long arms.

Gonna get it through inspection then start swapping right after. No cf sticker but im gonna have fun getting off all the ones the guy had on there. And he seemed to have glued bottle caps to the hood then ripped them off? As Oliver said "he was a dirty hippie." But hey, its rust free and was $500 so I can't complain
