Why? The pumpkin on those love to flex and bend... Why not build up a 8.25? Or if you are hell bent on welding an axle up, go like for an 8.8...

Idk I wanna run 35s everyone on mall crawling was saying go to jk or Dana 44ahd that came in the v8 wjS I'm still deep in research

I'm assuming everyone who is telling you has a jk or not as much knowledge of axles and the swapping of them as some of the guys here on CF...

So a Marine asked me disgustedly if I "seriously put a Jeep front end on my S10."

I said, "Nope. I put a Jeep front end on my Jeep," and I left him confused.

I love how many people don't know about these. I always park next to stock XJs and get questions about how much time and money I spent turning it into a pickup

that's hilarious. and I do not doubt any of it. I remember when I saw a comanche for the first time up at my uncles shop. it was just sitting there. I really liked it. too bad the one there had the V6 though.
