Oi.. So the upper bushings on my rear shocks have been blown out for a while. I took em off last night so I could measure and order new bushings. Took the jeep out last night.. with out rear shocks and with those hardly broken in leaf springs it was a bucking bronco on every bump.
Found out pep boys carried the bushings I needed. I had already gotten a set of Rough Country BPE's. Bushings replaced, BPE's installed and a whole new vocabulary used trying to recompress those stupid RE monotube shocks to get em on their mounts. At least I know they're still good.

Great product. Only complaint was the driver side mount area is a tiny bit to deep to get the shock bolt in with the BPE bracket bolted down tight. I had to loosen it, slip the bolt/shock into place and then tighten it back down.

So I was inspecting my Jeep today while it was on the lift and found out my upper control arm bushings on the axle side are shot. I just put those in less than 20k miles ago. And they not easy. Guess I know what I'm doing the next rainy weekend day.
