My boy and I run the SCX-10. I got mine in a kit form, and got his used off of the above forum. They also sell them RTR. I enjoy the rock climbing part of it, and the boy loves running them through mud so it ended up turning into a father/son hobby. The initial investment isn't cheap, but once you get the basics, the upgrading part is cheap compared to 1:1
Tim's got my #, the next time I'm up that way I'll bring them so you can run them before you make the jump
My wife is gonna kill me. These things are so freakin cool.

Here's the boys. He also has a Rubicon body for it. Need to re-do all of the links on his, and actually put a "lift kit" on it for more tire clearance before he is ready

Yeah. You know that the tires going on are not the same? You shouldn't drive in 4wd.

Pro-Line makes them, fit's 11.4" wheelbase (SCX10 "Dingo")
They just discontinued the floorpans and interior, I got lucky and found an interior already painted.

Those leafs are heavy. The box weighted 98.3lbs.

Heh. When I got my RE leafs the shipping label was just slapped on each leaf. No box. Definitely didn't expect to see that sitting on my front porch when I got home.

They are two totally different tires. Two are Kelly and two Firestone. Use caution when in four wheel but I would avoid it just to be safe. Your better tires are the firestones in the rear. You could certainly find two of them and be good for a couple years but you would need to do that soon. Told most of this to your wife. Her phone is dead too. Lol.
