the JKs are pretty nice. i've driven a lot here at work. i just don't see spending that much money on something i'm going to dent up and such. I really want to get an LJ and DD/mild offroad that and have the XJ as a trail rig.

the Sports and other lines aren't as expensive, and you can slowly build it how you want it. The Rubicons are that expensive because of all the parts already put in it. So it's reasonable to say that if you get a X or Sport and build it with similar or better upgrades, that over time you'll spend as much as you would for a Rubicon that has it from factory. Well, maybe not. But you're gonna spend some time finding deals and parts.
And that is the anniversary edition, so you pay a lot more for that badge.
