yup 3.0L v6 Ecodiesel with the 8 speed auto tranny
240HP and whopping 420 lb-ft of torque (only 45 less than the SRT8)

I didn't get any spacer, no.
It seems fine to me, why do you need a spacer?

I feel like I cut the flare to far, oh well, getting some black weatherstripping to go around edge.

...forgot to mention earlier that if you aren't getting that sub to rumble to check the wiring inside the box, a sometimes overlooked connection when troubleshooting.
if the connections are all good and proper and the amp is used and came from a stranger, i'd say the sub channel(s) is blown...not sure how to test for that w/ a multimeter tho. youtube might know.
