Agreed. It's good that you're working with him since he was given wrong information about the vehicle he bought.

i think you're doing the right think with the brakes and sway bar. However as a buyer it's up to him to check if **** like the ujoints, hubs, and tires are shot before be buys it - he can't expect you to fix the entire truck up for him after the sale - you sold it "as is".

Right, I'd fix the stuff that you told him was gtg and let him deal with the other stuff. unless you told him before the sale that you would fix problems he found.

When I was deployed I once did 22 miles with 140lbs... Spent some time in the medic tent after that.

Well the guy that bought koolaid called me back telling me all this crap that was wrong with it.

Basically the front axle(Barney's old one)brakes where shot, u joints were shot, all Tres were shot.

Some issue with the wheels not work? Even though there stock wheels.

Rear sway is missing, I honestly forgot to reinstall it.

The hubs being bad

Rear brakes being trashed.

Guy said he really wasn't that mad. Issue was a miscommunication error between him, my dad, and I. My dad thought i had put new brakes on koolaid when I had actually put them on barney. And told the seller the brakes where brand new.

Regardless I told the guy I'll find him a new set of stock wheels to buy (anyone?)

Get him the stuff for the rear sway and install it

Help install new brakes, hubs, and I said I'll pay to get the axle shaft u joints replaced, since I have a buddy who can do them for about $40

Do you guys think I did the right thing? Any advice? Apologize for the long post.
I have 3 stock wheels, 5 spoke. Painted gloss black.

I just called my father and we still have all four stock tires still in good shape. How much does he want to pay? I was going to put them on my decoy trailer but if I can get something for them ill just sell them. Let me know they aren't painted or anything
