looking for someone with experience with them.
lol, well not entirely anyway.
front. Spartan lockers don't reuse the thrust washers.
think I've seen that guy before....

front or rear? I've only done them in the rear, which is pretty easy. I use a set of assorted picks to get everything seated right. Essentially - remove the spiders and thrust washers, install the couplers on each side re-using the thrust washers you just took out. Then insert the spacers (the smooth ring) into each driver with the "open" side pointing in the same direction as the teeth. Slide the first driver into the carrier, aligning the teeth, and push the spacer over as far as you can towards the outside of the carrier. Repeat for other side (the 90° pick tool comes in hand here). Then install the cross pin and the springs + pins as instructed. The cross pin might be a ***** to get in, but keep working at it - everything has to be aligned juuuust right

TIP: Hold on to the springs....
TIP: Easier to do with the carrier out....
TIP: If you do take the carrier out, MARK the bearing caps with a punch to MAKE SURE you put them back on the SAME way they came off.
Done....
Follow the directions. It is actually very simple.

Getting Barney back from oliver tonight
He tightened some bolts
Suggest I replace all my tres
Bleed my brakes more
And he patched the gash in the unibody.
