Take em off. Brass brush clean terminals and clamps. Apply die electric grease. After that. Get a load test done on the alt.

It may not be the alt but might as well rule it out early and move on to the next one

If you got a reman'd alt that could be the problem. I would check your wiring harness for melting areas, Or you have a loose ground somewhere.
