usually take a non refundable deposit of 500 via paypal at auction end to verify they're serious with the rest due when they show up to take delivery. lotta sharks out there tho so extreme caution is required. would recommend doing the deal in the lobby of your bank w/ a representative of the bank looking over your shoulder making sure everything is legit on both sides of the deal, if they're willing to do that. the onus is usually on the buyer to get there unless you specify otherwise. i've never done it before either but it opens you up to alot more potential buyers than locally on CL and is probably going to net you more than carmax if you want it gone asap. biding your time and waiting for the right local transaction is pry the way to go but will require some patience.

it was probably in poor taste to take the shot i did at stevenson last night, i'm sure it's a fine school but the return on investment is simply not there right now unless you come away w/ a degree in an extremely rigorous program like engineering or chinese fluency. they tell you all these pie in the sky numbers about making x amount more than non "educated" workers over the course of a lifetime. try telling that to any self employed plumber, stone mason, mechanic, etc. also don't forget the opportunity cost of foregone earnings for 4 years. but it's your dream and i'm some random a-hole from the internet that doesn't know crap about the world you're about to enter into, despite having gone through it myself. at least it will be a helluva good time. hopefully the economy is better in 4 years because it affects us all, fancy degrees or not. having one in econ, i can tell you that there are 2 ways outta 16T in debt...inflation or default. neither are good but that's fodder for other corners of the internet.

Our family represented well at the county fair in Harford County.
My 11 year old won second in his age group for the first photo.
I took a fifth [leaf], a third [my boy and I canoeing] and a second [Mrs. Chubbers] in 3 different categories in the adult age group.
The family winner was my 14 year old who took First and Champion in the 14-17 year old age class with the landlords bull dog Cupcake with her photo entitled 'Dreaming of Squirrels'.
I am really proud of both of them!

Default buzz kill

sometimes in the wee hours "girls just wanna have fun" comes up in the rotation and it's just like that scene from varsity blues where hairy men that can grow a beard in 5 minutes decide to never sell their jeeps because they rock the house down on most days. the plot twists when tweeder sells his jeep for 3500 bucks to the sex lady.

next thing you know, shirly works on the 40th floor of an important building in downtown baltimore and stops in from time to time to share his newfound faux intellectualism with dudes that can take a man down with one punch.

that's the breaks.

book it.
