Mine has the same problem, so don't bother cutting the socket.

My gas tank is leaking. I'm going back to Chris's tomorrow to try to figure it out. Mind if I try the passenger bulb? Socket?

I was planning to go there, too, so we can take a look. My right turn signal usually stayed on when I was driving, so I doubt it'll help.

Sounds good. We'll talk more in the morning.

Possibly. I appreciate the offer. I need to confirm its actually the tank. Could be many other things.

Just finished replacing the motor mounts with IRO HD's (didn't realize how bad they were until we took them out), replaced the ball joints with Alloy USA ball joints (mother to get out), replaced steering linkage with IRO 5/8" over the knuckle one ton steering and IRO rear drum to disc conversion which was fun because we had to learn how to do the C clips with an ARB locker. Started Sat evening and the called in my brother who stayed all day today to help me finish after working all night. Thanks to Dukie and Pudgy for taking phone calls to answer questions along with several other ppl who are friends but not on this forum. Learned a lot and the XJ passed with all flying colors on the test ride. Sorry for no pics but it got dark while I was finishing up and with a forecast of 80% rain tomorrow needed it finished. Heading back out in the dark to cleanup and start putting the tools away that are laying in the driveway.

Nice. Your jeep has so much progress over the past few months.

That steering is amazing.

Anyone consider a trade plus some cash.

My super 44 & 2.5 tailpipe" for a decent stock muffler and tailpipe. Plus like $70? Obo?
*including section where the cat would be*

Rather start clean with stan all around, would really like to get some exhaust on him.
