Just finished installing the Dirtbound Offroad 3 electric fan conversion. Flushed the block, heater core and radiator. Replaced t-stat and gasket. Installed and wired 3 toggle switches. 1 to break the control circuit if running through water. 2nd to energize the first 2 fans in case of control failure. 3rd to energize the 3rd fan in case of control failure. Need to clean up the wiring abit and put in looms but darkness dropped on me to fast.
I think I am officially toast on working on the Jeep other than maintenance issues for a while. These last couple of months have kicked my ***. I think after cleaning up the wiring this week I am putting the tools away for abit, lol.

Just a few things, lol. Bought the Cherokee in the spring. Did a few mods since then:
IRO hd lower control arm brackets with skid plates because I crushed the driverside stock on
spectre air intake
headlight harness upgrade
yellow top battery and upgrade on harness
rear tire carrier welded on offset to receiver hitch which refabricated tire carrier from 2x2x3/16 to 2x2x1/4 because when I went from a 33 to a 35 tire it bent repeatedly - have never had the problem again
new rims with correct offset to accommodate the new tires - 35x12.50x15 KM2's
rear riddler diff cover
front prot diff cover
new track bar hd with crossmember tie in - had to upgrade to 9/16 bolt and nut on axle to handle stress
trussed front axle
changed yokes, both front and rear to u bolt style for more strength
front and rear tom woods drive shaft after failure of rear drive shaft
changed shims and ubolts on rear axle to get correct angle
Tomken Rock sliders
Modified a craiglist transfer skid plate to fit my setup
ARB air lockers front and rear - moved air compressor from engine bay to rear area where stock spare tire used to be kept after 2 compressors failures in the engine bay, never had an issue again - Quadratec honored the warranty even when ARB would not
changed to 4.56 gears
HD trans mount
Chromoly shafts all the way around
Clayton Offroad matched 6.5" front coil springs and rear leaf springs
Clayton offroad 4 link front suspension - thanks to Joshua for riding to Conn with me and scaring the hell out of the Clayton group then showing up to help me install it
Trans cooler and power steering coolers installed
new alum radiator
Bilstein shocks all the way around
steering upgrade to the dodge format- thanks to Dukie for the information
Alloy USA ball joints
IRO 5/8" over the knuckle steering upgrade
rear drum to disc conversion - thanks to my brother for showing up this weekend to help me finish
IRO hd motor mounts
Dirtbound 3 fan conversion with personal touches
A lot of guys on this forum and a few others had a hand in my build. I really appreciate all the help even if it was just to answer a question or 2. I would not have been able to get it done without the help.
I think that covers it all, lol. And yes there is an end goal to all this. My wife made a mistake and asked me what my attainable bucket list was. God willing and the waters don't rise I am going to Moab for EJS. Transportation for the jeep and myself are already arranged. Got my time off from work already scheduled.
Thanks for letting me be long winded, sorry you asked now Rob (lol), and I am now going to pickup my tools, put them away and freakin' crash. I am tired.
Peace
