A nice lifted 2nd Gen blazer with SA conversion waved at me today while I was in Jersey. Was a weird but proud moment.

Alright so these past few weeks of not owning a Jeep have been eating away me. I've been toying with the idea of getting another one. I told myself i should wait until Spring time when school is nearly over for the year...that didnt last long.
My dad and I went with a trailer today to buy a $500 Jeep. Its a forest green 1994 Cherokee with 177k miles. For what I paid, it is a good deal to me. Its rust free, has an 8.25, well running 4.0, and is clean besides the fading paint.
The driver's door hinge is off the door frame because the weld was broken. There is also a hole where someone tried to re-weld it. I talked to Oliver about the issue with pictures and he said its a pretty simple fix around $150. The transfer case needs to be replaced as well.
I like it, my dad likes it and he even wants to help me build this one right this time. Plans are to collect parts for a custom 4.5" short arm lift with 33s.
For now it will be tinkered with while it sits in storage to await being tagged historic in January.
