nope it's perfectly fine, however saying the cage is "mild steel" tells you nothing about it's strength or how well it was built. Is it pipe? Is it DOM tubing? How are the welds? Is there enough triangulation?
A cage is NOT something you just "throw together" - it's a structure that needs to be specifically designed to prevent injury to the occupants in a rollover and not fold or break - if it's designed/built like crap it won't work as intended and is useless. there must be pictures at a minimum.

"The vast machinery of the federal government began grinding to a halt Tuesday morning just hours after weary lawmakers gave up hope of passing a budget in the face of Republican attacks on President Obama’s health care law." NY Times
