have you re-geared? If not, it's not debatable by you.

The manual says to check the ignition control module and the coil pick up. I don't have an ignition control module tester and I don't think the 99 has a coil pick up. I think they are referring to the stator or camshaft position sensor but I don't know how to test that.
I hate throwing parts at a vehicle and would like to test the ICM and the stator(camshaft position sensor) before I just buy a part.

My advise is honestly to go to Oliver if you cant figure it out. More problems will arrive as the jeep sits, doesnt run, and doesnt move under its own power. I understand you like to work on your own vehicles like everyone else here; however, this has been over a 2 month battle.

No. The problems will show up. A synonym for the phrase show up is arrive. Arrive works fine in my sentence. Thank you.

So I got a PS4 today. Hooked it up. Set it up. Ready to play.

BUT, I have been in a shop all day helping my brother do his motor swap. We're almost finished.

No, because the problems don't yet exist. Something nonexistent cannot arrive; they must first arise, at which point they will not arrive because they will have originated there.

I will have to agree with this statement. But that doesn't solve my problem. How can I figure out what to do next. How can it eat ICM and stator (camshaft position sensor). I can't drive the vehicle to a shop it must be towed so if I have to take it somewhere I need to either make sure they have the proper test equipment or work fast swapping "known to be good" parts in to diagnose it. It's the holidays and I'm trying not to spend a fortune. I could buy the parts and swap them in myself but I don't like throwing parts at the Jeep without knowing the problem.

My shop could look at it but I doubt you want to tow it to reisterstown. If you are interested ill double check with our master tech that we can effectively diagnose it.
