Well guys. My Jeep is up and running again!
Just need to tightenthe bolts on the downpipe because of the donut gasket. Also every now and then it revs up a little bit so I might tighten the intake bolts a little bit more. I think its still getting used to the 703s as well

i've seen that in Aberdeen once before.
well went to wal mart. and was leaking coolant from somewhere. Pretty sure the bottom radiator hose came off slightly. Thought I got the clamp on all the way but I guess it didn't go all the way.
tomorrow morning I will be replacing the factory clamp with a hose clamp which should be a lot easier to do and then check again for leaks. will also change the oil yet again. tighten the bolts on the downpipe.
been an eventful night.

So I was looking at my transfer case today when I went to get my jeep and the seal on the end where the driveshaft goes has a slow leak. I have replaced it 4 times already but while I was under it looking at it the tag said 231 amc. So which seal am I suppose to get bc I must be getting the wrong one.

That XJ is sick! He lives in Edgemere. I work there, went to high school there. I see it every day. Its full metal on the back windows with custom suspension and long arms. It even has coils in the back(I believe because he has some long control arms going from the frame to the rear axle). I have never gotten the chance to talk to him though. He tried selling it for $4k when I was in high school.

Sooooo.... I hit a tree on my way out of work today. The Navy guys salted all the roads on the installation, and the road outside was salted, but they didn't salt the access lane in between. I crushed and tore my passenger side fender and shattered my flare, bent my swaybar link, dented my shock, and probably did more damage that I can't see in the dark.
I'm thinking about buying some Metalcloak fenders once I have enough money instead of replacing it with a stock one, but I wouldn't have enough to buy their extended flares for a while. How much trouble do y'all think I'd get in for running just the fender?

I know several of us have run with no fender flares at all and haven't gotten any police trouble with the tires are sticking far out. While others have gotten in trouble for it.
How much tire would be out?

Can't keep you out of trouble! The yj is all frame so hopefully it's fine.
