Right behind city hall, about a half block off the circle. I'm usually home by 2:45 if you want to swing by later today.

I'm with you. Sleep, then lending my services to Classic.

No, not those services. The pizza he's buying me doesn't even cover my hourly rate

now question...

after installation and allignment.. there still is minimun play in the steering wheel and also some bump steer.
someone said it could be because of the track bar beeing to long saying i need to get an adjustable one to controll the bump steer.

does that sound right? and or should help out my problem?

Yes, bump steer is caused by the axle not being centered. Hit a bump and it tries to center itself and jerks back when it comes back down.

I would buy the adjustable track bar and get the axle centered and be done.

Enjoy your day brother. It's awesome to see how much time you spend with your son.

okay cool... we centered the axle before doing anything with the track bar yet.

would i have to center the axle again after the new track bar goes in?

The process is to find center and THEN install the trackbar AT center.

Easy to do....with the trackbar off, steer the vehicle back and forth and the Jeep will find it's own center. Then adjust the new trackbar to the new length, install.
