Burped the cooling system, and she happily at 195°F again, but it's spewing antifreeze from what seems to be the thermostat housing. May have to remove it and be more patient with the RTV this time.

Checked the heater core? Glad it's working out.

good job.

when I first got my Jeep running again the T-stat housing was leaking. we were just going to replace the RTV and gasket, but good thing I checked to see if both bolts were tight because the one was only finger tight. tightened it up. problem solved.

Haha. I have enough stuff I still need to put on right now. I'm hoping for rims/tires and shackle relocation brackets. Maybe IRO DS track bar too. Then i'm getting a car. Then back to build
