Called a shop to see what they would charge to replace the line out of curiosity.... they said $300. I spit out my cheerios, and told them no thanks.

Just cut the end off the line and put a hose clamp on it.

That's what I did when the fuel hose tore on the MJ's fuel filter. Fresh hose clamp and I used the closed-system cooling hoses to patch it.

Thats what we did on damiens jeep when the line on the fuel rail broke. Been holding up well for a year, 6k miles, and a dozen trips to RC.

I'm not half assing the job, especially when my mom and dad drive the vehicle as well.

welp, as if I don't have enough to deal with. The drivers door on my jeep is all sorts of messed up. The check arm exploded and now the door hangs even more crooked then before. I need the top hinge cut and rehung. Anyone local that can take care of that?
